Key Responsibilities:



Develop & Implement Admission Strategies

- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and lead conversion strategies.

Lead Management & Conversion

- Oversee the admissions funnel, nurture prospective students, and ensure high conversion rates.

Student Counseling & Engagement

- Guide and counsel applicants on course selection, career paths, and program benefits.

Collaborate with Marketing Teams

- Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation through digital and offline channels.

Handle Admission Queries & Application Process

- Manage inquiries, coordinate document verification, and ensure a seamless admission experience.

Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups

- Build partnerships with coaching centers, universities, and corporates to enhance student recruitment.

Admission Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor admission trends, prepare reports, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Organize Open Houses & Admission Events

- Conduct webinars, campus visits, and information sessions for prospective students.

Ensure Compliance & Accreditation Standards

- Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain admission SOPs.
