: Admission Manager

The

Admission Manager

is responsible for overseeing the complete admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment. The role involves managing parent interactions, conducting counseling sessions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient admission operations that align with the institution's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, track, and manage leads from various sources (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, campaigns, Justdial, WhatsApp, etc.). Maintain accurate lead data and ensure timely updates in CRM/Excel. Provide detailed information about school programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures. Handle queries professionally through calls, visits, emails, and WhatsApp. Conduct campus tours for parents and highlight key selling points of the institution. Ensure proper verification of documents and maintain admission records. Support marketing campaigns, school events, and open-house sessions. Collaborate with marketing teams for digital promotions, school branding, and community outreach. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports. Suggest strategies to improve admission numbers and brand visibility. Ensure the team meets targets and maintains high service standards. Ensure all admission policies are followed as per management guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student/parent information.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in admissions or educational sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
