Position Summary:
The Admissions Manager is responsible for leading and managing the entire admissions cycle--from inquiry to enrollment--while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for students and parents. This position calls for a proactive, data-driven leader with strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning abilities to achieve institutional enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute effective admissions strategies to meet enrollment targets.
- Supervise the complete admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, counseling, and final enrollment.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure alignment with institutional policies and academic goals.
- Organize and represent the institution in outreach programs such as admission drives, open houses, school visits, and educational fairs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, applications, and enrollment data.
- Lead, train, and motivate the admissions team to deliver consistent performance and outstanding service.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate admissions trends and recommend strategic improvements.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with schools, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance admissions opportunities.
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Generate detailed reports for senior management on admissions performance, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment roles--preferably within an educational institution.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Competence in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital admissions tools.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting admission timelines and targets.
