Job Summary: The Admissions Manager will oversee and manage the admissions process for the institution, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a high standard of service for prospective students and their families. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets. - Manage the entire admissions process, including inquiries, applications, interviews, and enrollment. - Coordinate with academic departments to align admissions processes with institutional requirements. - Organize and participate in admission drives, open houses, school visits, and other promotional events. - Maintain accurate records of applications, leads, and admissions data. - Lead and train the admissions team, ensuring consistent performance and high-quality interactions with prospective students. - Analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Build and maintain relationships with schools, agencies, and other educational partners. - Respond to prospective student and parent queries promptly and professionally. - Prepare reports for management regarding admission trends, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred). - Proven experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related roles, preferably in educational institutions. - Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other administrative software. - Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment deadlines. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
