Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Support and Coordination:



Provide

pre and post-sales support

to sales teams. Handle

client calls

and

meetings

effectively, when required, to address inquiries and concerns.

Maintain strong client relationships

by being proactive in addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the admission process. Assist candidates during

admission processes

and

candidate registration

.

2. Task and Process Management:



Manage internal

post-admission processes

to ensure a seamless transition for students. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined

timeframes

. Coordinate and communicate with

university personnel

for various student-related proceedings.

Follow up

with universities and different teams to gather updates and resolutions related to various student cases. Maintain

real-time internal data

, records, and documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

3. Communication and Collaboration:



Coordinate with

universities

and external stakeholders for smooth processing of student applications. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in work. Ensure all activities are in compliance with

company policies

and

industry standards

. Actively seek and implement opportunities for

process optimization

and continuous improvement.

Requirements:



Experience:



At least

one (1) year

of experience in the

Education domain

, focusing on

Post-Sales

or

Backend operations

. Should have a solid understanding of

admission workflows

and the

student journey

. Experience in handling

University Coordination

and interacting regularly with university personnel.

Total experience of at least two (2) years

, with a focus on the Education domain.

Willingness to work in shifts

.

Good to Have:



Excellent communication skills

in both

English and Hindi

. Strong

PR skills

and the ability to build relationships. A

quick thinker

with a

solution-driven approach

to challenges. A

multi-tasker

with the ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously.

Confident and outgoing

personality. Ability to

absorb new knowledge quickly

and efficiently.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education or related fields. Prior experience in

Study Abroad

or

University

roles is a plus.
