We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced

Admission Manager

to lead the Admissions Department of our esteemed CBSE school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, ensuring an exceptional parent experience, and implementing effective admission strategies aligned with the school's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment. Develop and execute admission & outreach strategies to achieve annual enrolment targets. Guide and mentor the admission counsellors and front-office team. Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders. Conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and information briefings for prospective parents. Plan and oversee marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and community outreach events. Track enquiries, conversions, and retention through CRM and admission dashboards. Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, admission data analytics, and conversion insights. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students. Uphold the school's brand, values, and communication standards at all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in Marketing/Administration preferred. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in school admissions, preferably in a CBSE/International School. Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and admission reporting. Ability to manage targets, timelines, and a high-performing team. Pleasant personality with excellent presentation and customer-service skills.
