Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor
Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities
such as events, activations, and local campaigns
Lead, mentor, and manage
admission counsellors and consultants
to achieve enrolment targets
Oversee day-to-day
consulting and counselling operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with
schools, colleges, and academic partners
Track admissions performance and prepare
regular MIS reports and updates
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and admissions strategy execution
Ensure high standards of
student experience and conversion ratios
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in
education sales, admissions, or academic marketing
Strong understanding of
BTL marketing strategies
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
Strong reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
Preferred Profile
Experience in higher education institutes, universities, or training organizations
Exposure to CRM systems and admission tracking tools
