The Admission Manager will lead and manage the school's admission process end-to-end, ensuring achievement of enrollment targets while delivering a positive experience to prospective parents and students.
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete admission process and achieve enrollment targets.
Counsel parents, handle inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
Lead and coordinate the admissions team and front office.
Maintain admission data, MIS, and reports.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and accounts teams.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.
5+ years of experience in school admissions/education sales.
Strong communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
