ADMISSIONS HEAD



An Admission Head in a group of schools and colleges holds a vital role in overseeing the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students across multiple educational institutions. Their responsibilities involve a mix of strategic planning, team management, outreach, and process optimization. Here are the primary roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position:

1. Strategic Planning and Goal Setting



Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the institution's enrollment targets, values, and long-term vision. Set annual enrollment goals in coordination with senior leadership and ensure alignment with the group's strategic objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education sector.

2. Team Management and Leadership



Lead, train, and support the admissions team across multiple schools and campuses, ensuring consistency in standards and practices. Create performance metrics for the admissions team to ensure efficiency and accountability. Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture that is motivated and responsive to students' needs.

3. Outreach and Community Engagement



Establish and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution's offerings. Plan and oversee outreach events like open houses, informational sessions, school fairs, and webinars to engage prospective students and families. Engage in networking with education consultants, industry representatives, and other relevant groups to expand the institution's reach.

4. Marketing and Communication



Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and promotional materials that highlight the institution's strengths, achievements, and unique programs. Manage the institution's social media presence and website content to attract and inform prospective students and families.
