Job Description

We're looking for an experienced admissions professional to lead student recruitment for on-campus undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role requires someone confident in managing high-intent student inquiries, engaging with families, education consultants and driving admission conversions through a structured and relationship-focused approach.

What You'll Do

Lead and own the admissions process for UG & PG programs -- inquiry to enrollment Conduct counselling sessions (in-person, phone, and virtual) with students and parents Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, open-house events, and campus tours Build and maintain relationships with schools, counsellors, and education consultants Update the CRM regularly -- track leads, classify (hot/warm/cold), and monitor follow-up progress Share ongoing feedback with marketing on lead quality, messaging alignment, and student sentiment Ensure a professional, supportive, and high-quality admissions experience for applicants and families

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience

in admissions, student recruitment, higher education counselling, or related roles Prior experience handling UG/PG program admissions or education sales is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume admissions pipeline and meet enrollment targets Confident communicator -- comfortable interacting with students, parents, and educators Ability to work full-time on campus in Bengaluru, with travel as needed for outreach
