Admission Head

to lead our admissions team and drive student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the admissions process for the institute. Develop and implement strategies to attract students from schools and colleges. Conduct school and college visits to promote the institute and build strong relationships. Guide and mentor the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and maintain accurate records. Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in admissions, preferably in schools or colleges. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and educational institutions. Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of the aviation/education sector is a plus. Must be willing to travel for school and college visits.

Location:

Dwarka, Sector 7 - candidates must be able to commute easily to this location.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
