Job description:
The Admission Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the entire admissions process. The role demands a professional who can lead a team, design effective student recruitment strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding of students into the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Develop & implement admission strategies to achieve monthly/annual targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the admissions team to ensure consistent performance.
Handle counseling sessions, inquiries, and conversion of leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate data, reports, and ensure adherence to institute policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Marketing/Administration preferred).
5-7 years of proven experience in admissions within schools, colleges, or universities.
Strong leadership experience in handling a team and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about the education sector.
Only candidates with prior admissions experience in School/College/University setups will be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
