Central Academy School, Jodhpur is seeking a proactive and organized
Admission & Front Office Executive
to manage the school's admission process while serving as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete admission process, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating campus visits.
Maintain accurate admission records and student databases.
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff professionally.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate communication between school authorities, parents, and external departments.
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and official visits.
Support administrative tasks such as fee records, attendance tracking, and data entry.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal or Administrative Head.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for Commerce, Administration, or related backgrounds.
1-3 years of experience in admissions, front office, or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
Comfortable traveling for school-related work or coordination purposes when required.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
