Admission Facilitation Associates

. This role involves converting interested leads (already informed and partially convinced by the Pre-Sales team) into confirmed admissions. The role is primarily driven by effective communication via

calls and chat

, with a strong focus on

target achievement. Prior

experience in a

BDA (Business Development Associate)

role will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up with leads provided by the Pre-Sales team and convert them into admissions. Handle inquiries related to the admission process, fees, courses, and exam schedules. Regularly remind students about

fee payments

,

document submissions

, and

exam dates

. Maintain timely and professional communication through

WhatsApp, call, SMS, and email

. Ensure all interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly

conversion and communication targets

. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve student queries quickly and efficiently. Provide feedback on lead quality and commonly asked queries to help optimize the Pre-Sales process.

Requirements:



6 months -2 years of experience in sales/support roles (preferably in the education or EdTech sector) experience as a BDA is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable). Strong convincing skills and a results-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Comfortable working with CRM tools and chat/call platforms. Willingness to work in a

target-oriented

environment.
