Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admission Executive to join our university's admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting prospective students throughout the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment. This role involves a mix of administrative, counseling, and marketing support activities to drive student admissions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

:

Student Counseling & Engagement

: Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Counsel students and parents on course offerings, eligibility, career paths, and university culture. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversion into applicants and enrolled students.

Admissions Processing

: Manage application data entry and ensure accurate records in the CRM/admissions system. Coordinate document verification, eligibility checks, and fee submissions. Assist in organizing entrance exams, interviews, and admission decisions.

Communication & Coordination

: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families. Coordinate with academic departments, finance, and international offices to support the admission workflow. Issue offer letters, admission confirmations, and assist with visa documentation for international applicants.

Marketing & Outreach Support

: Assist in conducting admission campaigns, education fairs, webinars, and campus visits. Provide inputs on digital campaigns and promotional content targeted at prospective students. Maintain an updated knowledge of academic programs and university differentiators.

Reporting & Analysis

: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, applications, and enrollments. Track key performance indicators and suggest process improvements to boost conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's degree (required); Master's preferred in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field 1-3 years of experience in university admissions, student counseling, or customer-facing roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions software Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak admission seasons

Pay: ?10,823.60 - ?25,000.00 per month
