Key Responsibilities:
Support and guide prospective students interested in Sports Management Diploma programs.
Provide clear and accurate information about course structure, subjects, practical exposure, live projects, internships, and career opportunities in the sports industry.
Interact with students and parents to understand their interests, academic background, and career aspirations.
Counsel students in selecting the most suitable program based on their goals and eligibility.
Manage the complete admission and enrollment process from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and completion of admission formalities.
Respond to student queries through calls, messages, emails, and regular follow-ups.
Ensure timely and professional follow-ups to support student decision-making.
Work towards achieving enrollment targets set by the organization.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student conversions and admissions performance.
Participate in admission drives, counseling sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
