The Admission Executive is responsible for handling student admission processes, guiding prospective students and parents, maintaining inquiry databases, and ensuring smooth communication between the institution and applicants. The role focuses on achieving admission targets through efficient counseling, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate student databases and update inquiry tracking systems regularly.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely completion of admission formalities.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
Support marketing and outreach activities such as school visits, seminars, and admission campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and admission progress.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets set by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Education, or Marketing).
1-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or lead management software.
Target-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
