Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Inquiries & Communication
Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on courses, eligibility, application procedures, and exam-related queries.
Address and manage inquiries related to PSC (Public Service Commission) Exam preparation programs
, eligibility, and course offerings.
Application Review & Processing
Verify and process admission applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Track essential documents such as academic transcripts, ID proofs, and test scores.
Admission Support & Guidance
Guide applicants through each stage of the admission process.
Resolve queries and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive and informed experience.
Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate admission-related events such as campus visits, open houses, and webinars.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, recruitment drives, and PSC awareness seminars.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission status using CRM tools.
Prepare reports to analyze trends, track PSC program inquiries, and monitor admission targets.
Policy Adherence
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
Stay updated on developments in the education sector, especially regarding competitive and public service exam requirements, and reflect those changes in the admission process.
Team Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to implement recruitment and promotional strategies.
Liaise with academic departments and PSC coaching faculty to address program-specific questions and updates.
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from applicants and new students to improve the admission process.
Identify opportunities to enhance support for students preparing for competitive exams like the PSC.
