Counsel students on available tuition programs, course structure, teaching methodology, and learning outcomes.
Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable courses.
Explain fee structure, batch schedules, curriculum details, and academic support clearly and confidently.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates.
Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets within deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or admission trackers.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for smooth admissions.
Stay updated on new courses, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Support admission drives, webinars, and marketing activities when required.
Resolve student and parent queries professionally and in a timely manner.
Build long-term relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student and institutional data.
Identify opportunities to improve admission processes and student engagement.
Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Be target-driven, organized, and proactive in approach.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in EdTech, admissions, counselling, or education sales is an added advantage.
