Techolas Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive - Admissions to drive student enrollments for our technical training programs including Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Data Analytics, and Data Science. The role combines counselling, lead conversion, and sales to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and professionals on courses such as Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Data Analytics, and Data Science
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions
Understand learner goals and recommend suitable training programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships
Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Maintain accurate student data in CRM systems
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing teams
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
6 months - 1 year Experience in education sales, admissions, or business development preferred
Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may apply
