We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly
Admission Executive
to handle student enquiries, provide course information, follow up with leads, and support the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries
Counsel students and parents about available programs
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up
Maintain daily reports and admission records
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
Assist students with the admission and documentation process
Represent the institution during events and outreach activities
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills
0-3 years of experience in admissions / counselling / sales
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to achieve monthly admission targets
Fluent in English & Malayalam
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
