We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Executive to manage the end-to-end admission process, counsel prospective students, and support enrollment targets. The role involves converting leads, guiding students in course selection, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, and career prospects
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets
Follow up with interested candidates via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain and update student data in CRM / admission software
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch scheduling and onboarding
Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional events
Assist in document collection, verification, and fee processing
Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-centric and student-friendly approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
