The Admission Executive is responsible for managing the complete admissions lifecycle and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for prospective students and their families. This role serves as the primary point of contact from inquiry to enrolment, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospective Student Handling
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding programs, eligibility, fees, and the admissions process.
Application Processing
Review, verify, and track application forms and supporting documents.
Maintain organized and accurate applicant records to ensure seamless workflow and timely decisions.
Enrolment Assistance
Guide applicants through every stage of the admission and onboarding process.
Address queries, resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth transition for newly admitted students.
Outreach & Events
Support the planning and execution of open houses, orientations, education fairs, and information sessions.
Represent the institution professionally during all outreach and promotional initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting
Update and maintain applicant information in the CRM with accuracy.
Generate reports and analyze trends to support admissions planning and performance tracking.
Compliance
Ensure all admissions activities align with institutional policies and meet required regulatory standards.
Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to support leads and outreach campaigns.
Work with academic teams to address the needs of incoming students.
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
Experience in admissions or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Core Skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Malayalam is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
