We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Admission Executive to manage the complete student intake process. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison for prospective students and their families, ensuring a seamless, positive, and professional experience from the initial inquiry stage through to successful enrolment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Prospective Student Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries received via phone, email, and in person.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
Application Management
Process, verify, and track application forms and supporting documents.
Maintain organized, complete, and accurate records to support efficient workflow and timely decision-making.
Enrolment Support
Offer personalized assistance to applicants throughout the admissions and enrolment journey.
Address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth transition for incoming students.
Outreach & Event Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and participate in institutional events such as open houses, information sessions, orientations, and education fairs.
Represent the institution professionally across all outreach and promotional activities.
Data Integrity & Analysis
Maintain up-to-date and accurate applicant information in the CRM system.
Generate and interpret reports to track admissions performance and identify enrolment patterns.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all admissions activities adhere to institutional guidelines and relevant educational regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team on outreach plans and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with academic departments to support the needs of prospective and newly admitted students.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from applicants and enrolled students to identify opportunities for improving the admissions and onboarding process.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce background is an added advantage).
Experience
Prior experience in student admissions or customer service roles is preferred.
Freshers with the required skills are welcome to apply.
Essential Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is highly desirable).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
