Counsel and guide students about courses and admission procedures.
Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries effectively.
Follow up with potential students to ensure successful admissions.
Maintain and update student records and reports in CRM or database.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
Participate in admission drives, events, and outreach programs.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions or student counselling (preferably in the education sector).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
