Role Overview
As an
Admission Executive
, you will play a vital role in driving student enrollments for our upskilling programs. You'll manage leads generated through digital campaigns, engage with potential learners, and guide them toward successful admissions. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Educate prospective learners about Xylem's Skill Programme offerings.
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through consultative selling.
Use CRM or admission tools to track and update lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
Meet daily and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
Coordinate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Share insights on learner concerns, feedback trends, and areas for campaign improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or inside sales (preferably in education, training, or EdTech).
Fluency in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead tracking, and basic reporting.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and proactive follow-up abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EdTech, coaching centers, or skill development sectors.
Understanding of digital sales funnels and learner engagement.
Awareness of upskilling areas like digital marketing, software, analytics, or finance.
