Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students via phone calls, emails, and other channels to provide information about SLBS MARKLANCE's courses and programs.
Understand prospective students' educational background, career goals, and motivations for pursuing further education.
Explain course details, curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students.
Address inquiries, concerns, and objections from prospective students effectively to maintain interest and facilitate enrollment.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and conversion metrics.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and product knowledge
