The Admissions Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the student admission process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and parents. This role involves promoting the school, handling admission inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall admissions strategy to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admission Process Management
Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, email, online) from prospective parents and students.
Provide accurate and timely information about the school, admission criteria, programs, and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule school tours, interviews, and entrance tests.
Manage and process admission applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Maintain the admissions database and student records accurately and confidentially.
Support in organizing admission events such as open houses, orientation programs, and parent meetings.
2. Communication & Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective parents, students, and educational consultants.
Follow up with inquiries and applicants to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaborate with teachers, academic coordinators, and other departments for seamless onboarding of new students.
3. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare periodic reports on admissions status, inquiry trends, and conversion rates.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in school admissions or educational administration preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems (ERP/CRM)
Attention to detail and a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
