Position Title: Admission Executive cum Accountant
Purpose:
To manage the entire admission process for various online and offline courses, ensuring smooth coordination between students, accounts, and management. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial and admission records, handling fee transactions, and providing end-to-end support to students from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Admission & Student Support
Handle all admission-related queries (online/offline) and guide students through the enrollment process.
Provide fee receipts, ID cards, and batch details to students after confirming their payments.
Handle student grievances such as refunds, course transfers, and replacements in coordination with the management.
Record and verify student payments, ensuring timely reconciliation with accounts.
Prepare and maintain admission-related MIS reports and share them with accounts and management as required.
Support the finance team in fee collection tracking, batch transfer charges, and other revenue entries.
Coordinate with center heads and accounts departments to ensure accurate and updated financial data.
Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Qualification - Graduation
Experience - 3+yrs relevant experience
