The Admission Executive is responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and ensuring enrollment targets are met while maintaining a positive experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins
Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate student records and admission data
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Assist in organizing admission events, seminars, and campus visits
Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies
Prepare daily/weekly admission reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not always mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and counseling abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Professional and student-friendly attitude
Experience
0-3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, or customer service
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
