Key Responsibilities
Admissions Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements
Receive, review, and process student applications accurately and within deadlines
Verify academic documents, transcripts, and supporting materials
Coordinate with academic departments regarding admission decisions
Issue offer letters, admission confirmations, and enrolment documents
Maintain accurate student records in admission systems and databases
Visa & Immigration Responsibilities
Guide students on visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines
Prepare and review visa documentation (CAS, LOAs, I-20, offer letters, financial documents, etc., as applicable)
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and institutional sponsorship requirements
Liaise with embassies, immigration authorities, and external partners when required
Track visa application status and follow up with students
Advise students on pre-departure, travel, and post-arrival compliance
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain organized records and confidential student files
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and in-person inquiries regarding admissions and visa processing
Prepare reports related to admissions, visa status, and enrolment
Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews
Coordinate with academic teams
Assist with events such as orientations, webinars, seminars , and enrolment drives.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Education, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in admissions, student services, or visa processing.
Knowledge of student visa regulations and admission procedures
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience working with international students
Familiarity with multiple country visa processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
