This is a full-time, on-site role located in MUMBAI for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage daily communications with potential students, provide counseling and support for their academic decisions, and guide applicants through the admissions process. They will also be responsible for conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, organizing outreach events, and collaborating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Proven expertise in Customer Service and Sales
Experience or knowledge of the field of Education is preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to build relationships and effectively address the needs and queries of students and their families
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in a similar role or admissions-related work is an advantage
