Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
Explain company services including Zoho CRM, business email, and IT solutions
Understand client requirements and provide basic consultation
Schedule online meetings or demos with the sales/technical team
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Maintain call records and update CRM data regularly
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and regional language
Confidence in telecalling and customer interaction
Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, MS Office)
Willingness to learn Zoho products and business workflows
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (IT/Software preferred)
Knowledge of CRM systems or SaaS products is an added advantage
