Job Description
: Handling walk-ins/enquiries/calls/correspondence. Converting them into admissions. Achieving enrollment targets each month across various grades. Showing the school to prospective parents and giving all necessary information. Follow up for conversion of enquiries into registrations & registrations into admissions. Regular communication and follow up. Effective implementation of admission strategies Brand building and positioning events to achieve long term growth and attain market leadership Planning, organizing and driving event & programs such as: School/ Education Fairs, Open Days at school, drawing participation from various clubs, societies, corporations etc. Building relationships with Corporate, Re-Location companies, Clubs, Forums, Business/ Social organizations, Residential Societies etc. Ensuring receipt of all necessary student information. Maintaining month wise data of prospective parents/enquiries Maintaining lists of deferred admissions/ future years admissions. Preparing various admission related reports. Report of each promotional event, participation in exhibition etc. Post event analysis of various marketing vehicles and promotional activities.
