Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Admission Counselor

to join a reputed school in

Hyderabad

. The ideal candidate will have

1-2 years of experience in a school or educational setup

and will play a key role in guiding parents and students through the admissions process. A background in

sales, counselling, or student engagement

is preferred. We are hiring for three locations in Hyderabad- Suchitra, Alwal & Keesara.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from prospective parents and students. Clearly communicate the school's curriculum, facilities, teaching methodology, and values. Schedule and conduct campus tours for interested families. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Maintain admission records, enquiry logs, and lead tracking. Collaborate with the academic and administrative team for smooth onboarding. Assist in organizing orientation programs and admission events.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Experience:

1-2 years in a school, preschool, or education counseling setup Prior experience in

admissions, counselling, or education sales

preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, presentable, and well-organized Fluency in English and Hindi; Telugu is a plus Must be based in or willing to relocate to

Hyderabad
