End to end management and conversion of student leads received
Initial qualification of the leads via calling
Speaking with students and parents to understand their needs and accordingly explain
the benefits of the product, answer questions etc.
Taking the student and parents through the appropriate sales journey which will include
multiple touch-points (email, phone, video sessions etc.)
Final objection handling and price negotiation Desired Candidate Profile
Adhere to outreach and sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM
software
Providing constant feedback to the internal sales and marketing team to ensure the
