Counselling
Understand prospects' career goals, education background, constraints (time, finances).
Present and explain SkillNet's course offerings, eligibility, course structure, fee, placement support, duration, modalities (online / offline / hybrid).
Help learner's choose the best course/program based on their profile.
Application & Admission Process
Assist students in completing application forms, uploading/supporting required documents.
Verify eligibility criteria; ensure documentation is complete.
Coordinate with admissions operations / academic teams to finalize admission/offer letters.
Follow-ups & Conversion
Regular follow up with prospects to resolve queries, push them towards enrolment.
Track progress of each lead through the admission funnel.
Strive to meet or exceed conversion targets.
Outreach & Promotion
Represent SkillNet in offline & online events / fairs / webinars.
Conduct info sessions / webinars / school / college tie-ups to generate leads.
Assist marketing with promotional material / content (brochures, presentations).
Reporting & Data Analysis
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, conversions etc.
Prepare regular reports for Reporting Manager: daily/weekly/monthly stats vs targets.
Analyse drop?offs / reasons for non-conversion; suggest improvements.
