Position Summary:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners exploring SkillNet's programs. You'll play a key role in guiding applicants through the admissions process, assessing their fit for our training offerings, and helping them take the next step in their career journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary contact for prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings Understand SkillNet Learning's training programs, eligibility criteria, and learning outcomes Conduct initial consultations and eligibility assessments to determine program suitability Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding program options, admissions procedures, and support services Maintain accurate records of prospective learners and update CRM systems regularly Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns and events Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and high conversion rates Participate in open houses, info sessions, and other promotional events Assist in the development of admissions materials and FAQ documents Track and report on admissions metrics and learner feedback
