Brief :

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding academic courses offered by Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining course structures, assisting with admissions, and maintaining communication records while supporting institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online admission inquiries Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, fees, and schedules Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions Maintain accurate admission and inquiry records Coordinate with faculty and administration for smooth admission processes Assist in promotional and outreach activities when required
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Education background preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp) Experience in education counseling preferred; freshers may apply
