Career and admission Counsellor

who can effectively handle student inquiries, provide expert counselling, and convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide prospective students and parents about courses, admissions, and career opportunities. Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions to understand students' interests, goals, and educational backgrounds. Provide tailored course and college recommendations based on students' aspirations. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets. Stay updated with trends in education and career development.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
