About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Admission Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in

selling online courses

, preferably in the

EdTech industry

, and possess strong communication and conversion skills. You will be responsible for guiding prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into successful admissions for our

Digital Marketing programs

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students regarding our online Digital Marketing courses. Understand student requirements and provide accurate course information to drive admissions. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM systems. Achieve monthly and weekly admission targets. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential learners and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios. Provide a smooth and professional counselling experience from enquiry to enrollment. Coordinate with internal teams for batch updates, fee details, and student onboarding. Maintain detailed records of conversations, conversions, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in EdTech

, specifically in selling online courses. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to explain course benefits clearly and handle objections confidently. Experience working with CRM tools and lead management systems. Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a

target-based remote job

. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
