Admission Counsellor
who can effectively handle parent enquiries, guide them through the admission process, and represent the school professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling & Counselling
Attend to walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and emails regarding admissions.
Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
Counsel parents and help them understand the school's philosophy and offerings.
School Tours & Follow-Ups
Conduct campus tours for prospective parents.
Maintain enquiry logs and ensure timely follow-ups.
Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
Documentation & Records
Manage admission forms, student documents, and application files.
Update and maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission reports.
Coordinate with the admin and academic teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with the front office and admin teams during peak admission seasons.
Support in organizing orientation sessions, meetings, and parent interactions.
Provide regular updates to management on admission status and targets.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing ability and a parent-friendly approach.
Good command over English and basic computer skills (MS Office).
Ability to handle pressure during peak admissions.
Pleasant personality with confidence and clarity in communication.
Qualification
Any Graduate (Background in counselling, sales, or education preferred).
Immediate joiners preferred.
