Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Business Development Manager to join our team in the fast-paced and competitive field of the Coaching industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth in student recruitment.
KRAS:
To ensure Business in terms of the "E" Generation.
To ensure regular Competition Tracking
To collect databases for various segments by organising activities.
Provide pre-sales counselling and advise the students regarding test prep.
Participation in the discussions and deliberations of Centre Review and other marketing forums.
Achieve Enrolment as well as Revenue targets for the campuses assigned form strategy based on the market dynamics and implement the same in the field
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and target potential markets, agents, and partners for student recruitment, focusing on diverse international regions.
Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to achieve enrolment targets and revenue goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, counsellors, and other stakeholders within the industry.
Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, cultural nuances, and competitor activities, ensuring a competitive edge.
Attend international conferences, exhibitions, and events to represent the organization, network, and explore collaboration opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and materials for target markets.
Act as a liaison between the organization and partner institutions, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, addressing inquiries, assisting with applications, and guiding them through the enrolment process.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential partners, showcasing the organization's offerings and advantages.
Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and changes in immigration policies to adapt strategies and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, partnerships, and market insights.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential growth areas.

Generate walk-ins from
COLD CALLING
telephonic leads, leads from other sources and referrals.
Provide pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (BBA/Law/CUET) and test preparation
Achieve enrolment as well as collection targets for BBA/Law/CUET admission consulting enrolments.
Mobilize the student groups for Clat possible initiatives and programs.
Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
Ensure compliances of the enrolled students.
Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis.
