We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective and enrolled students through academic planning and admissions. The role involves counseling students on suitable courses, managing leads, and driving enrollments while ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic counseling to students based on career goals and interests Guide students through the admissions process, including eligibility, fees, and scholarships Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Maintain accurate student records and CRM data Assist students with academic planning, course structure, and performance improvement Resolve student concerns related to academics and career progression Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams Support orientation programs, workshops, and counseling events Ensure compliance with institutional policies and documentation Mentor junior counselors and support team growth
