Update and track student interactions, application status, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
Work towards weekly and monthly enrollment targets while ensuring transparency.
Resolve applicant concerns promptly and ensure a smooth, positive admissions experience.
Required Qualifications
:
Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
0-2 years of experience in admissions, education sales, counselling, or academic coordination roles preferred.
Freshers with strong communication abilities and a consultative mindset are welcome.
Excellent verbal skills, persuasive ability, and relationship-building strengths.
Comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools and follow-up processes is an added advantage
