Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
from student leads
Counsel students about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Convert inquiries into
successful enrollments
Maintain follow-ups and student data in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Requirements
Good communication skills English
Ability to counsel and convince students/parents
Basic knowledge of sales or counselling preferred
Fresher candidates welcome (training provided)
