Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online admission inquiries
Counsel students and parents on course details, fees, eligibility, and career prospects
Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
Follow up with prospective students and ensure high conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for admissions and promotions
Assist students with documentation, registration, and fee collection
Provide excellent customer service and post-admission support
Requirements & Skills
Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline)
3-5 years of proven experience
as an Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Academic Sales Executive
Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office, and basic computer operations
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in educational institutes, training centers, or academies
Knowledge of sales processes and lead management
