Drive meaningful interactions with prospective students, nurturing leads through timely follow-ups and delivering counselling sessions that inspire confidence and clarity.
Keep student profiles and lead progress updated in the CRM system, ensuring every interaction is documented and traceable.
Consistently work towards monthly admission numbers by applying a thoughtful, student-focused counselling approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience of up to
2 years
in education counselling, sales, or related fields is advantageous.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
A proactive attitude with strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
