Manage inbound & outbound calls to counsel students on UG/PG programs, course eligibility, and admission procedures.
Convert qualified leads into admissions through proactive follow-ups and high-quality counseling.
Understand student needs and recommend appropriate learning courses, career paths, and program benefits.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and follow-up status.
Work progressively towards completing monthly enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Up to 2years of experience in Education or Sales sector is preferred
