Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
related to student admission inquiries.
Counsel students on suitable
courses, programs, and career paths
based on their profile.
Provide complete information regarding
admission process, eligibility, fees, and documentation
.
Maintain consistent
follow-ups
with leads to ensure conversions.
Assist students in
form filling, registration, and documentation submission
.
Coordinate with academic, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain updated records in CRM and report daily activities.
Meet monthly
admission and counseling targets
.
Address student queries about classes, exams, schedules, and course structure.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counseling ability.
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up cycles.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
Problem-solving and student-centered approach.
Experience in admission counseling or tele-counseling is an advantage (not mandatory).
